Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga consists of the following:

  • Controlled movements 
  • Slower paced
  • Focuses on breath
  • Poses held for 30-60 seconds / 1-5 breaths
  • Great for beginners

Benefits of Hatha:

  • Increases: strength, balance, and flexibility 
  • Improves concentration
  • Calmimg & Boosts inner peace

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga consists of the following:

  • Connecting breath to movement
  • Faster paced
  • Flow between poses
  • Poses held for 30-60 seconds / 1-5 breaths

Benefits of Vinyasa:

  • Full body workout + Cardio
  • Improves: bone density and respiratory system 
  • Increases muscle strength

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga consists of the following:

  • Targets connective tissue/joints to remove blocked energy
  • Relies on gravity to hold each asana (posture)
  • Less poses during a sequence 
  • Asanas held between 2-5 minutes

Benefits of Yin:

  • Improves: mobility, health of tissues/fascia/joints, and concentration 
  • Increases: flexibility and circulation 
  • Decreases anxiety and stress 

Private Yoga

One-on-one session tailored to your specific needs & goals. This is a great way to deepen your practice & learn yoga philosophy, or a great place to start for complete beginners! You will receive individual modifications, adjustments, and sequences that best benefit you.
