What is Meditating?

Meditating is the practice of being present and becoming an observer of your thoughts and emotions, without judgment, while anchoring yourself in your natural breath.

How to Meditate

  1. Create a quiet and peaceful space
  2. Find a comfortable position and close your eyes, or light a candle and keep your gaze on the flame (a personal favorite)
  3. Breathe naturally, do not force the pace or intensity 
  4. Without judgment, notice how your body moves with each breath. Notice what emotions and feelings begin to arise and breathe through them naturally. If your mind wanders, acknowledge the thought and return your focus to inhaling and exhaling. 

Keep in mind:

  • Getting distracted is inevitable and worries beginners, but learning how to manage distractions is an important process
  • Meditating the same time every day creates a healthy habit 
  • It is recommended to listen to your guided meditation for one month for maximum benefits. Each Meditation is atttuned to a certain frequency and charged with positive energy.
