What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing a healing modality. The practice uses sound vibrations from various instruments to balance and heal our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional states.

Our bodies, cells, and emotions vibrate at different frequencies and disease occurs during stagnant or blocked energy. Inflammation, body aches and pains may arise from repressed emotions or low mobility. By immersing yourself in a sound bath, you will allow yourself to resonate with higher vibrating frequencies, which benefits your mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

During a session, participants experience different sound frequencies to engage and unblock stagnant energy.

History of Sound Healing

Dating back to the ancient Greeks, sound frequencies were often used to treat various health ailments, including indigestion, mental disturbance, and insomnia.
