My Vegan Journey

I decided to change my eating habits my senior year of high school simultaneously when I embarked on my yoga journey. At the time, I did not intentionally begin a conscious lifestyle with the idea of being who or where I am today, but that is the beauty of trusting the universe. As a result of my healthier actions, I feel the best physically, mentally, and spiritually.
